Hot Air Furnace Process principle
Heat the exhaust gas to a certain temperature according to the main components of organic waste gas, and make the VOC from the exhaust gas oxidatives decomposition into CO₂and H2O in the oxidation chamber.The high temperature airflow produced by oxidation passes through a special regenerator, heat it up and “heat storage”.This “heat storage” is used in incoming organic waste gases after preheating.Therefore, the fuel consumption of the exhaust gas is saved.Ceramic regenerator is divided into multiple chambers.Each regenerator experiences heat storage —heat release—clean in turn.
