The three-cylinder dryer is a self-developed drying equipment based on the advanced technology of the European countries. The equipment is mainly used for drying all granular, non-viscous and flowing materials such as quartz sand, yellow sand, clay, slag, coal, iron powder and wood chips in industrial production. It is also suitable for the drying of bulk materials in compound fertilizer, phosphate fertilizer and metallurgical industry. Three-cylinder dryer is on the basis of a single-cylinder dryer, assemble three cylinders with different diameters, generally adopt tug drive, driven by 2-4 motors. Synchronization is controlled by a frequency converter. The horizontal installation of the cylinder has no inclination, the installation is simple and the floor area is small.
The middle cylinder and the outer cylinder of the three-cylinder dryer are completely sealed, which greatly improves the thermal efficiency; when designing and manufacturing, the factors such as the material of the equipment and the firmness of the lifting plate are fully considered. The three-cylinder dryer with reasonable design and fine workmanship has greatly improved the service life.
Main charateristic:
1. The investment of three-cylinder dryer is 1/6 of the foreign imported products. The material is made of wear-resistant alloy steel plate, which is 3-4 times more wear-resistant than ordinary steel plate. It has a long service life and reduces maintenance costs.
2. The initial moisture of materials is 15% and the final moisture is below 0.5-1%, which is a reliable choice for cement factory, slag powder and dry mixed mortar production line.
3. The cylinder is self-insulated with a thermal efficiency of 80~85%. The outer cylinder wall temperature is lower than 60℃, which greatly saves fuel compared with single cylinder drying.
4. The length of the device is shortened by 60% compared with the single cylinder, and the floor space is small, which is beneficial to the overall layout of the process.
5. The air leakage phenomenon is greatly reduced, and the sealing difficulty is completely solved, the installation can be completed within a few hours.
6. The discharge temperature is less than 50 degrees, which can be fed into the storage tank directly. It does not need to enter the cooling shed for cooling.
