Product Description
The main raw materials are sodium carbonate and quartz sand of the dry sodium silicate production.The process is ingredients, burning and forming. Main equipment: feeding system, slurry preparation, furnace main body(molten pool, regenerator, flue, chimney),burner system, formed chain plate machine and control system. Our company can offer the process design, equipment manufacturing, installation, commissioning and training of solid sodium silicate production line with a daily output of 10~160 tons and a modulus of 2.0~3.5 according to the needs of users.
Process advantage:
1. Waste gas: Combustion exhaust air emission, normally use clean fuel, main components is CO2.
2. Waste water: water fully used, no water water emission.
3. Waste slag: no slag.
