Automatic Whole Technology Spray Tower Detergent Powder Production Line
According to customers' requirement, we provide the plan, design, installation and debugging of a complete production line for washing powder base powder production of 5000 ~ 25,000 tons/year.Process configuration from simple manual operation to computer centralized automatic control.
We provide design,manufacture, installation and commissioning of the complete set of detergent powder production line.

Technology characteristics:
1. Emissions of waste gas of whole production system reach standards, no sewage discharge.
2. Tail-gas after drying is dealt by primary deduster and secondary hydro-deduster. Save energy as well as meet emission standard.
3. Fine powder is completely back to tower, improve yield of base powder.
4. Workshop environment is provided with perfect dedusting system, ensure the workshop environment clean.
5. Control system can adopt simple manual operation or central computer integrated automatically control.
